Hotel Roma - Ravenna

The place was fairly clean, brand-new and clean rooms. The breakfast with yogurt and pastries, as example was reasonable, you'll find what you need. All the staff was reasonably good and really excellent, tackled my issues.

Clean, good-sized room with all the necessary facilities which are modern enough. The buffet breakfast was good. It's easily less than 10 mintues walk from the historic town and the train station, in a quiet area, and next to a nice pizzeria restaurant (if you're too weary from travel or sight-seeing to head into town).

a little far from metro 20min walk, the hotel offer free shuttle bus from hotel to metro statition but it should be more frequently specialy in the evening- the last one is at 22.45 which is far too early even for us with young kids; the lights in the room are not good it is imposible to read; bathroom is very small

The staff is so rude! When we wanted to check out, the girl asked us how many drinks u drinked in the room, and we said we can not remember maybe 3. Then the girl said u sure only 3？Then she called somebody to check it. We drinked 4. The girl said u drinked 4 why u said only 3 to me! It's not our job to remember how many drinks we finished, so if u want to know just check it! We feel so angry to her,

Location is near tain station. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff.

The room was at 4th floor in the attic with the hotel chimneys just beside the room window which was in the slanting roof.

Shower was very small and uncomfortable.

I liked atmosphere in the hotel. Staff and girls in the reception were very friendly. Cleaning of the room was done every day and in a proper way.

Easy walking to train and city center. Right next to the bus station. Fabu-mazing hotel staff. Good breakfast. Cute room. Affordable eating is nearby. Great location and fair price.

The twin room is comfortable, though not as spacious as shown in the picture ~ the bed cover has the patterns like those on the fur of a leopard , very funny ~ the breakfast area is big enough and the variety is good~ staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful ~ the free bikes service is great ,it's really a delight to pedal around in Ravenna ~

There is a discrepancy between the information displayed online and the actual situation in the hotel ~ On Booked.net, it says the hotel offers free shuttle bus to Mirabilandia Park and local discos which is not really included in the hotel's services,but I didn't know about that until I asked the hotel staff about it~ The hotel should take an immediate action to edit the information shown on their Booked.net page ~
